All Dressed Up...

...and nowhere to go....

My niece sent me this picture of her daughter. I am breaking all the rules to publish it today (I didn't take the picture and it was taken a couple of weeks ago) because it so poignantly and eloquently portrays the situation in which we all find ourselves. It must be incomprehensible to a four year old to be told that they cannot go to preschool, they cannot go to the park they cannot even go outside....

Her mother tells me that she chose her own outfit.
