Changeable skies

Really felt lacking motivation this morning but got myself going, worked on a manuscript in the am, had a productive work call after lunch which helped me partially solve a research problem and carry on research writing - still having trouble switching off - but got myself out this evening - will get on top of this sleep thing at the weekend
