CHICKEN CURRY
I make a mean curry.
Here you've the chicken job. First the chopped onions in a pan with loads of butter - then roasted & ground coriander, mustard, poppy & cardamom seeds.
Follow that by powdered chilli, cummin, turmeric, garam marsala, black pepper, & as many pinches of salt as necessary.
Now the good bit - as much fresh garlic as you dare - followed by pre-cooked, pre-chopped chicken & simmer for a wee while!
On the right you've got the dregs of a jar of sweet mango chutney & just above that a splotch of hot lime chutney.
Will let you work out the relative amounts of ingredients - no rocket science required!
