"In the pines, in the pines....."

If I've heard the lyrics right, this is the refrain from the Leadbelly song, 'Where Did You Sleep Last Night.' I only know the song because Kurt Cobain sings it with raging feeling on 'Nirvana Unplugged.' It came into my head today when I was among the pines. The extra, I think, is of young birch trees.
