Celebrating 36 Years

Dan and I were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. Our sons said, "we will make you dinner." I suggested the menu and recipes but had to provide very little supervision. Salmon with an avocado/habanero sauce, rice, tomatoes with parsley and an orange/radish salad with sweet chili sauce.

Dan had bought me the champagne for Christmas. It was a treat.

The guys were really pleased with themselves.
