Today he would have been 84 years young....

Happy Birthday dad... 

As this day was coming up, the first of his birthday without him, I have been trying to figure out how to celebrate it. Above is 4 photos of him growing up. In the extra is one of his favorite meals. Fries and a jalapeno hamburger. My mom and I had dinner at the table surrounded by his photos. This evening we will zoom my sister and sing happy birthday to him along with a toast of the wonderful life he had - and the wonderful dad, husband, brother, grandfather, uncle and... that he was....

A bit of a challenging day especially missing him so much...
