Homework

One of The Dopski’s homework projects was to cook something she had never cooked before.  The plan is to make lasagne tomorrow, but she decided to make these bread based pizzas all by herself tonight whilst I was on a work call.  She’s written it all up and ‘handed it in’ too.  Plus they tasted good for a random mixture of gherkins and red pepper!

Today has been rainy, so no gardening done.  Had a zoom work call this am, then went on a socially distanced walk where the hound ran riot with her friend Buddy.
