This is Chobham Museum, which must be among the smallest museums in the country. It is located in what used to be a public convenience (but don't worry if you are in need as there is a 24 hour accessible toilet facility in Chobham car park). It opened in 2000 as a Millennium project.The museum has permanent displays tracing the history of the village and specific exhibitions on various topics such as films and TV programmes shot in and around Chobham. It is run by volunteers and is open weekends, and Wednesday afternoons in the summer. For the moment, of course, it is closed  for the duration.
