Miroir d’ Argentine

The rain turned to snow at altitude last night and there was a dusting of snow on the Miroir d’Argentine at Solalex when I cycled up there this afternoon. It’s very difficult to get a sense of scale with this huge rock face. It’s so strange to be up there and see no one else as the road is still closed to cars but not for long I’m sure.

The extra shows the Dent du Midi starting to peep through the clouds this morning.
