Day 43

A bit chilly today but as it wasn't raining we went for a walk and called into sainsbury on the way home. I was looking at blip this morning and Honeycombeach inspired me to bake a mincemeat cake. I remembered i had had some left over in the freezer. Used gluten free flour and hey presto done. A little dry but I had forgotten gf four needs a bit more liquid. They are still yummy though. 
As i walked past the back lounge I saw this cheeky fella on the bird feeder. No idea what he found to eat as there is only bird seed there. 
All in all a good day.
 had the usual Canadian phone chat which is lovely
