Cheese 4: the final frontier

The last of my stash. St James from Neals Yard Dairy.

I stumbled upon this by accident during a cheese tasting at their Covent Garden shop. I used to stand in the corner and the cheesemongers would pass me slivers of cheese to try whilst they were serving.

That won't be happening again for a while sadly.
