Oh, hello!

I hadn't seen any of the deer for quite a while - until today when I saw them twice. Well, two separate groups, I think. This girl was eating our rather pathetic apple tree and there was one other doe with her. They both looked like they're very likely pregnant. The fawns should be born at some point soon - usually in before the end of May. The second group I saw was the doe with the two daughters. The daughters now just about a year old. She is probably pregnant - I don't know about her girls. They were down by the creek. The girls, still evidently *children* were chasing each other around.
