Work and walk. Today I took Max for a walk: down the Pleasance, along the Cowgate, up Candlemaker Row and home through the Meadows. It was cold and grey and there was a little bit of rain. Still, I think it didn't rain at all most of April. 

Franco's has been there for ever. I remember going there to buy chips when I first came to Edinburgh in the mid-90ies. Some things don't change.
