In the morning...

...when I still thought this would be a stressful, but OK work day. 

I got some management lessons today. If one of your employees calls you hysterically crying that she doesn't manage to do all the work in the different projects and under all these roles she is working in, what do you reply? Yes, correct, you say: "We all have a lot of work to do.", and "You are just blocking yourself.". Then you get angry at her. 

Unfortunately, I have been that crying employee today, asking for any help and having been refused support.
