Still life

Aside from work and work based snacking on brown bananas ( the one left over will be perfect tomorrow) there was a quick virtual bike ride. Too quick if truth be told. Was hanging on a bit towards the end. And then later, Ruby made a delicious non-dairy smoked haddock rarebit for tea.

Much earlier (7am) Mrs S had done the weekly supermarket sweep in face mask and latex gloves (plus all the other usual clothes of course).
