Not Pointless

Not Pointless because it's not a broken pencil! (ok, so my mind is a little off centre). 
As mentioned, I'm going to try and do more macro work on items that can be found in the house. This is of a pen that I was sent by Microsoft to say "thank you". It doesn't get used and stays in it's case along with another pen (not from Microsoft [see extra]). 
I was trying to focus on the tiny ball and get the rest out of focus, but my camera seems to be limited. 

Any suggestions of items I could take blips of?
