Seeing the fruits ....

of my labour!

After the driest April on record (since records began in 1929) today we woke up to rain, it's  been constant all day. It was good to see the coat of wood stain I'd put on the garden furniture doing it's job - totally waterproof. 

Made another banana loaf today, my second ever! And painted a bedroom ceiling, it didn't really need it but I may as well spruce up some of our rooms with a quick lick of paint. 

Camera club meeting tonight, it's 'Guess the item from a macro shot'. I'm usually pretty rubbish at that kind of thing!
