View from the rowing machine
MONDAY WFH Day #26
A quick 5k on the treadmill, 1000 steps on the stepper and 10 minutes on the rowing machine before starting work.
An intense day working from home with too much caffeine.
Cheese and beetroot sandwich for lunch ( it’s a long time since I had one of these).
Cauliflower cheese with mustard and jalapeños for dinner plus ice cream.
Just 12402 steps today
