Mustard red giant salad leaves

Described on the packet as tangy, spicy leaves shaded with red, (true) with larger leaves becoming hotter(also true).

I planted this last year after buying a pack of salad leaf seed collection, all six were very good but for some reason this last plant was left. John did a tidy up during the winter and planted it in the polytunnel next to the kale. It just keeps growing and a part of a lunch time meal most days for some weeks now.
