It's not as cold as you think out there.

It's 630 ish, I've got three layers on, a coat, a hat and a scarf and I'm a tad too warm! Now don't get me wrong it ain't bikini weather but I know I'll be sweltering on that tube this morning!

I've got the heaviest bag with me, that I'll be filling even more with my many layers as I discard them :)
