Bat

Found this bat while trekking through long grass. Picked it up to find it was still alive. Put it on top of compost bin to see if could recover but looks in a very bad way.
Never seen one lying on ground before.

Later saw Gyp retching for ages in garden. Then saw article about feral dogs eating bats a probable cause of Covid 19. What if she’s found other bats and eaten them?
