No School

Bella had no school today. We received a few inches of snow yesterday and the temps were in the 30's. she has been wanting to ski - when she was little we would go to Colorado frequently and she learned to ski at an early age. We haven't skied as a family in a few years - and the ski hills in Minnesota are fine, if you have never skied anywhere else!

So off we went to Afton Alps. I have lived here for 20 years and this was the first time I have ever been skiing at Afton. The conditions were very good today. We had a great time. She ran into a group of friends from school and ditched me! Which was fine as I got to warm up inside with the other moms!

It was a great day with a wonderful daughter.
