Still here

Here I am in one of my favourite places; no phone call but a sunny spot to sit and watch the red kites soar and listen to the willow warblers and skylarks. Next time I might bring a book to read (but next time it might be raining, if the weather forecast is to be believed).

I had a Zoom meeting with work colleagues this morning, still not a big fan of Zoom meetings as I am more of a one-to-one person, but it was good to see them all.

Luke is busy mowing the grass and D is outside weed killing the drive (which he does only rarely and reluctantly) so I have retreated indoors for a bit.

I’ll go back out soon and make the most of whatever nice weather we have left.
