desperation strikes again

really the last knockings for today... just about squeezed this baby in..not my best effort im sure
last day in ,, three off now.. had a torrent of thoughts and feelings all day..some good ,, some not so great... Mrs W also struggling a bit ,, just proving a bit difficult at times to remain focused and energised on the important things in life when so many things serve to distract.
Positive affirmation of the things that are right in life and objectivity when viewing the things that are not so right , whilst trying to keep these in perspective and not allowing them to turn into a tsunami of negativity ... hard though that can be...bit like a car crash,, you promise yourself you wont look at it ,, but damnit ,, you do..
despite all of that things in the ranch are ...ok...bout a seven and a half out of ten..which ..lets be fair,, for january aint chuffing bad !!
gonner hit the hay now ..close todays page... tomorrow i feel a good walk is in order.. perhap beer at lunchtime,, do some serious world and his dog watching while i sit still and look at the hustle go by..
