Buzz Off

Although time passes many things remain unchanged with old health issues still affecting life.

Yesterday was not a good day with anxiety and depression coming out of nowhere. 

I've been ok on the whole for a good few weeks, well since I got married I think so it does come as a blow when tears return.

Today is another day. LandscapeGirl and I had breakfast in our beautiful garden (we've been here a year now) and I had a spot of luck and captured a sequence of this image.

Very pleased as I normally only manage to capture the rear half of the bird as it flys out of frame.

Happy start to the day. Shame I have to go battle supermarket to get my prescription. Like many I'm sure I'm not a fan of going just now.
