A very acrobatic Goldie

Struggled to find a blip today...even went out for a longish walk armed with camera. Last minute I spotted this Goldfinch hanging upside down on a Hawthorn tree.

Weather good here but felt at a low ebb today. My daughter had a run in with a foul mouthed girl in a Tescos express store. There are arrows on the floor showing which way to navigate the aisles and she insisted on walking the wrong way. My daughter pointed out the correct direction and ended up getting a mouthful of abuse. Her husband who works at the local main store went to the express store to see why they were letting people ignore the arrows and ended up being reported to his boss in the main store for arguing with the staff at the express store...three staff at the express store concocted a story to get him in trouble. He now has a hearing and his union rep is now involved.

Too many people do NOT keep their distance in these smaller stores.
