Hello Mrs

I have been watching the Bullfinches in the back garden.  They have a nest in a Holly hedge and when the female leaves the nest she seems to use the same route through this hawthorn. So I watched her and then opened a bedroom window and I got her first time!

She wan't pleased to see me but as I shut the window and left them to it they have carried on undisturbed.  Fingers crossed for success.

A couple of people have heard Cuckoos locally now which is good to know.
