Day 36 : lamb shanks

We’ve had this recipe for a while and dragged it out today
Lamb Shanks delivered by the butcher, recipe by James Martin.
Ok, so we’ve out of red wine & anchovies, and I’ve substituted garlic paste for cloves, balsamic vinegar for red wine vinegar, but the tinned & fresh tomatoes, butter beans rosemary & thyme and beef stock are all there.
Oh and of course I didn’t cook for 12hrs minimum at 140C, but for 1h30 at 180C
I want them cooked, not just warmed through
