Balfron Golf Course

For a change of scenery today I walked up the moor road till I reached this view of the golf course. I liked the stripes in the grass. 

The golf club is closed during lockdown, but apparently too many people have been walking their dogs there and not picking up their poo, so there are now signs up asking folk to stay away. One of the little snippets of village gossip information I got from Nancy yesterday! ;-)

Extra  -  D#1's birthday today, so I made her a mini chocolate 'mug'* cake in the microwave for our Zoom meeting this afternoon. What a shame I'm going to have to eat it for her!

* I wasn't sure the mug was microwavable, so I made it in a plastic bowl instead and tipped it out onto a plate.
