Spring Chicken

I managed to go for a run first thing this morning, not far but a good start after 9 months of not running.

This is Dusty looking for food around the garden. The warfare while still occurring seems to be lessening and they have not visited the neighbours for 2 days so that's good.

Now it's Sunday and time for roast dinner and wine
