Today went far too quickly - the usual Monday flurry of meetings, 400+ emails, and people dropping by with 'quick' questions meant my head really hurt by 3. I didn't feel up to lunch so took a Pilates class instead - it didn't alleviate the headache but took my mind off it by giving me sore abs too!

I popped out for a coffee shortly afterwards to think through a bit of a technical problem without interruption and took the opportunity to cross the square and stand next to these chaps overlooking the water.
They seemed to be enjoying a much calmer Day.
