Ash

Shopping before the queues, therefore too early to top up the beer supplies. It wasn't busy but people seemed to be a bit less concerned about keeping their distance.
Then we went out for a walk to the north and explored a couple of new tracks we'd seen on the map. It was rather grey and windless so pics weren't inspiring but it was good to see the progress of the ash trees.
Back for lunch then some gardening, a Zoom birthday party for the oldest grandson, reading the paper, more gardening, cooking etc.
The sun came out for the afternoon but it went cloudy again. I think the good weather is ending.
