A Different View Of My Lunch Carry-out

What caught Gina's eye first was the bird's nest sticking out of one of the letters of the sign above the shop next door to the place we pick up our take-out.  She asked if I would like to take a picture of it, knowing that I will take a picture of almost anything,  I promise that I did not even see the bird until I looked at my pictures a few minutes later.  I am thinking it is some kind of Hawk or Falcon.  Let me know what you think, keeping in mind that those would not be out of the ordinary around here!
