Day 39

Went for a short walk this morning as I didn’t feel that well. Got home and fell asleep for about an hour. Woke up feeling nauseous but managed a corn cake. And felt much better. Spent some time looking at the wisley catalogue and then put in an order for strawberries and wildflowers adding a friends order to mine. I then planted more flowers and dug up the remaining box hedge except 2 bushes which look really healthy. These are the french marigolds under the rhododendrons. Still more plants to go in tomorrow
Another lovely warm day. Usual phone call from Canada and it was lovely to speak to our son as well. We do miss them. My daughter also phoned from Cornwall. She sounded really tired again. The o line store has gone mental and they spend 3 hours in the shop every day just cutting material and packing up orders ready to post before they deliver or head home. she has stopped answering the phone after 12 pm.
