Riverbank walk

A rather cold grey start to the day today but thankfully this afternoon the sun came out to allow us to go for a nice walk for our daily exercise . It was time that i took my one river shot for the month. So we decided to walk down that way past where my Mum lives, she is still at my sisters so we  carried on along the river banks and ended up down near the south common again so walked along the bottom part of the city and back home. It took us about 1 1/2 hours a little longer than the suggested time to be out so whoops but we did keep our distance and headed straight home. This shot is taken looking down the river towards uphill Lincoln with the cathedral set against a lovely blue sky .
Film night tonight along with a few beers all this walking has worked up a thirst so looking forward to that.
