Kolkwitzia

This lovely arching, graceful shrub was growing somewhere I didn't want it to, so I dug it up, almost eight years ago, and gave it to a friend who had an empty garden and was collecting plants from anyone who would donate.
Then I found a spare bit and planted it behind the greenhouse as I didn't think it would survive , but look at it now! It's entirely in the wrong place, but looks great!
I painted all day, walls, window, door frames.......
Sunny, hot and very humid. We were supposed to get a storm this evening but it hasn't appeared. Looks like I'll have to water the garden now.
