As seen on today’s walk.  

Yesterday it was necessary to go to the surgery to see my doctor.  He asked me to go down after a lengthy and detailed telephone consultation.  I am so blessed with him, he’s been my doctor for 20+ years. 
In extra I am all togged up to go in and waiting in my car for him to fetch me, as instructed. He was in the full regalia, visor and all.  Very good protocols in place including his examination table being sanitised between patients.   The reception area is shielded, not that I had to go there.  Covid and other fever symptomatic people are seen in a different part of the premises, well away from the main area.  And there was not another patient to be seen in the surgery itself whilst I was there.  
It was not always possible to keep 2 metres apart - I had an examination and ECG - but I felt in very safe hands.  Thankfully all is well. 
I would rather not have to repeat that adventure.
