Hare today, gone tomorrow

I rarely see hares although hare coursing is a well known criminal activity in this area. The police will immediately respond to any tip off as big money changes hands and the activity often involves hardened criminals from outside the county who are on most wanted lists. I notified the police recently as four cars in convoy sped past me on a small country lane forcing me to jump of of the way. It was pretty obvious they were not locals.
