All Bundled Up

Loki snug as a bug in a rug (but it is actually a quilt) watching the snow come down. It started off as a light dusting, but it is getting heavier. And meteorologists are predicting it will be 50F on Wednesday now 0_o Seems unlikely right now, but I am really hoping that is true!

Green Smoothies - day 4
This morning I was down almost exactly 1 lb. I am feeling good and I've been really good at not being tempted by yummy things, like the chocolate icecream in the freezer (one of my greatest weaknesses!) I am finding that I am enjoying the smoothies more by the day, whether it is because I am getting better at making them, the ingredients are more palatable, or I am getting used to all the greens, I don't know. It's a good thing though. (Today was apple + banana + strawberries + swiss chard + spinach, I liked it!)
