Confinement, Day 39

Julie found this and another mask (a purple one) in our mailbox, together with a letter that said that a group of amateur seamstresses had sewn a bunch of them to distribute in the village. They are not yet mandatory, but will probably be by 11 May, when we go out of lockdown (supposedly).

We are heartened and moved by the goodwill that is being shown at the moment.
