Anzac Day.

Red glow in the east,
Not a distant battlefield,
But a peaceful day.


April 25th is Anzac Day. Normally we gather at War Memorials throughout the country to remember those who have served our country in times of war. No services this year because of the war we are waging against Covid-19. I was up before 6.00 am and listened to speeches on the radio. When I looked outside my early start was rewarded with this sight.
