An SDP

What's an SDP...you might ask.

It's a social distancing picnic...that's what.

We got food from Wendy's drive-through and went out to the state park, which just recently re-opened.

We sat at tables that were 10 feet apart,
and we watched each other eat.
Not your usual Spring picnic,
but it was still a special treat.

It's Merrick in the tree, with Mama by his right knee, and Daddy by his left.

It was 52F (11C), so we didn't stay very long.

I don't think we realize how much we miss the physical aspect of being around people...until we can't.
