They're planning to end lockdown in Georgia USA with the opening of nail bars and tattooists. Quite why such places are an engines of economic recovery I'm not quite sure, but there must be a big backlog of people wanting images of harley davidsons, heavy metal  and beyonce, or whatever, but what's wrong with nail scissors? The tattoo shop in Stockport remains firmly shut, but at least the sun is shining over the Mersey (extra)
