fort on the hill

Lickey Hills country park on Sunday. The snow had melted in all but the shadiest parts of the woods & the steep hill down to the golf course had the remains of lots of plastic sledges that obviously hadn't survived the kids enjoying the snow.

This is taken at the top of Beacon Hill where the little fort (a toposcope according to Wikipedia!See here) was built to commemorate the donation of this part of the park by the Cadbury family to the city.
