Ashburne House...

Set in our local ‘Backhouse Park’, the building is being renovated into three family homes. There is also a gatehouse which is tiny, derelict and up for sale....if you have a loose £130,000 down the sofa!
Gave the dog a run out this morning in a lovely quiet spot. We’ve managed 3 miles a day this week! I’m over the moon with the weather.... can you imagine if it was a typical April and raining?
