Ready for action

L is doing a work out every second day, led by her Rugby Coach, so far she managed to do it outside even in the unusual heat we have today,( 20 deg C in April more than a little unusual) . Today involved two camping mats and stretchy thing with handles. I retreated to my favourite spot so she had plenty of room to jump about
