Old School
Just a quick (and pretty poor) attempt at something I don't normally do - still life.
But is has given me a couple of ideas and a bit of an indication as to the amount of room I will need.
Bags was going out for afternoon tea and a shopping trip with her aunt and a couple of cousins this afternoon so we have been looking after the Cygnet.
After his nap and lunch we headed out in teh monsoon and howling gale to go for coffee and cake at the garden center.
Then it was home in time for the on-line shopping to be delivered - where Bags expected the frozen stuff to go considering her freezer is stacked to the gunnals I have no idea.
Bags and LML came back with loads of fancy clothes (for the kids) paid for by her aunt in America.
Thank you D.
My sister couldn't believe how quickly the girls went through the shop picking stuff up. She has obviously forgotten how you don't have time to 'browse' when you have young kids.
An overtired Cygnet was a pain when put to his bed (not helped by a sugar rush thanks to being given a chocolate by his mother).
His grandad had to go and have 'words' with him to stop him screaming and waking his sister.
