Tofu was marinading for six hours, then roasted and served with noodles, red curry sauce and veg. Another winner from the Thug Kitchen cookbook for me and Hope, who’s come to stay for a week to get a change of scene while her mum goes off to her mums funeral.

We enjoyed the fourth week of the concerts in the street. Maybe next week we should join in with our guitars?
