Bee on cherry

It was sunny first thing but then the haar came in for much of the morning so I got on with some inside tasks.
I sent out some more cards to people at church and others we know and then got on with making a knitting needle holder. later pottedon some seedlings, mended Mr Rat's jumper had a run and made the meal.
I also found time to wander round the garden with the camera and caught the bee on the newly opened cherry blossom and one of the remaining plum flowers (the bullfinches didn't get them all). There were several other pics I was happy with so worth teh wander.
Whilst out running I also did some community service!. I passed a small fire by the side of the path (probably cigarette end) which could esily have spread so I stopped to stamp it out and shortly after there was a carrier bag by the ponds so I picked it up and added some more bottles and cans before putting it in the bin - then got Mr Rat to let me in so I could wash my hands before touching anything.
