Gluten-free coffee cake

Baking in lockdown...it would be rude not to, eh?

This is my gluten-free coffee cake. 

I used to bake "normal" cakes, but now that Mr A Jnr has moved to his own place and I cannot visit (bearing cakes for him) anyway at the moment...I've taken to making only GF versions, for Mr A and me.  Of course, it means I'm baking more often, but it seems a bit daft to make TWO types of cake at this time, so I'm simply pinching some of Mr A's gluten-free cake...it goes beautifully with freshly ground coffee!
